What Is the 9ance NeeN AI Certified Specialist Program?
The 9ance Certified Specialist Program is a 90-day, project-based training and placement program that certifies candidates to operate, automate, and support NeeN AI CRM and NeeN AI ERP — 9ance's AI-powered business platform used by companies across sales, real estate, education, and enterprise operations in India.
Graduates are certified across three tiers — Junior Specialist, Mid-Level Specialist, and Senior Solutions Architect — and are listed on 9ance's Verified Specialist Directory, where hiring businesses can find and directly connect with certified talent.
Live, in-person training in Ahmedabad, Gujarat
All 90-day cohorts are conducted live, in-person, at the 9ance Training Centre in Ahmedabad — giving candidates hands-on, supervised access to the NeeN AI CRM and ERP platform throughout the program, rather than remote-only learning.
Seats per batch are limited to maintain hands-on training quality. Early registration is recommended as batches fill on a rolling basis.

Month 1
CRM Foundations & Pipeline Hygiene
Lead intake, contact and account management, deal pipeline structure, WhatsApp and Email integration, and data hygiene fundamentals.
Month 2
Advanced Workflow Automation
Trigger-based automation, conditional lead scoring and routing, and webhook/form integrations connecting Meta Ads, landing pages, and websites directly into the CRM.
Month 3
AI Voice, Conversational Bots & Capstone Certification
NeeN AI chatbot configuration, AI voice agent and telephony routing, and a live capstone project simulating a real business deployment.
Beyond CRM
Integrated ERP Training (Tally Mode)
Since NeeN AI CRM and NeeN AI ERP run on a single unified platform, certified specialists can extend into ERP — inventory, finance workflows, and Tally Mode operations — unlocking higher-tier roles without starting from scratch.

If a certified candidate is not placed with a hiring business within 90 days of certification, they join the 9ance Support & Implementation Team, working on live client projects with a guaranteed stipend of ₹15,000 per month until placement.
